New General Manager!
David has been part of the team at Galtres Lodge for a couple of years, starting initially as a consultant to help us to mentor and develop our fab team, then taking on the restaurant development when we re-branded as Forest when we re-opened on 4th July 2020. David and I (Rebecca) have worked together previously when I was a consultant at The Talbot in Malton, which David used to manage. When we wanted to re-structure the team at Galtres Lodge, we asked David to help us in a mentoring capacity and we were delighted when he said yes! Since then, David has become a key part of the management team, not least keeping Chris and I motivated throughout a pandemic and multiple lockdowns!
